Adoptable Cats and Kittens
Why Adopt from Us?
All cats are vetted, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and socialized
You can meet and spend time with them in a real-life environment before committing
We specialize in bonded pairs, seniors, and shy cats that truly blossom in homes
Our adoption counselors help ensure great matches - not just fast ones
The cats shown below are all currently adoptable, but their status can change quickly from ‘single and looking’ to ‘in a serious relationship.’ Feel free to email or call us to confirm a certain cat, or kitten is still available for adoption. support@kitteasf.com or (415) 325-5510
You MUST meet the cat(s) IRL (in real life), before being considered as their forever human. A cat can be very cute in their photos, but some can be really good with photoshop and deceive you. Don’t get cat fished! ;)
Please note that at this time, we are only able to adopt to US Citizens and we reserve the right to turn down an applicant for any reason deemed necessary. Thank mew in advance for understanding.
By booking a reservation in our Cat Lounge, you will get to know the cat/kitten before making any forever decisions, which will overall benefit both you and the cat(s) you are considering to adopt.
Steps to Adopt:
Have everyone in your home meet the cat(s)/kitten(s) in our cat lounge. We highly advise you make an advanced reservation.
Fill meowt our adoption application
If your application is approved, you will receive an email from us with the good news within 2-3 business days! From there, we will have you pay via credit card through a secured payment link and have you sign our adoption agreements.
You choose the day and time during KitTea business hours to pick-up and take home your new best fur friend (BFF).
Adoptable Kittens
We typically require our adoptable kittens to go home in pairs, or to families that already have cats similar in age to our kittens.
Please note: Cats with “pending adoption” next to their name may already have a furrever home lined up, feel free to check in with your cat wrangler or host for any updates.
Simone
Age: about 5 months old
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair, Siamese
Health: Female (spayed)
Simone is bonded with her brother Hooch. The two are naturally super playful and curious kittens. Though it took Simone a couple days to acclimate to the lounge, and she is still sometimes skittish around new people, she is quickly adjusting and loving the attention from guests. She is particularly attached to her brother Hooch, so the two will need to be adopted together as a bonded pair.
Simone is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with her brother, Hooch. She is not adoptable as a single cat.
♥ Simone and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Hooch
Age: about 5 months old
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair, black
Health: Male (neutered)
Hooch is an adorable, playful, and curious little guy. He and his sister Simone were rescued as strays, but quickly adjusted to life indoors thanks to their wonderful foster home. Though he can be a little nervous around new people, Hooch is gradually becoming comfy in the cat lounge, and loves to run around chasing toys and the other kittens. He is especially attached to his sister, so the two will have to be adopted out together.
Hooch is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with her brother, Simone. He is not adoptable as a single cat.
♥ Hooch and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.
Lin (pending adoption)
Age: about 5 months old
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair, calico
Health: Female
Lin is Su’s sister, as well as Toph’s daughter. Though she was pretty shy at first, she is quickly becoming comfortable exploring and playing all over the cat lounge with her family. Lin is still warming up to people, but we’re certain with a little more time, she will open up even more.
Lin is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with her sister, Su. She is not adoptable as a single cat.
♥ Lin and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Su (pending adoption)
Age: about 5 months old
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair, calico
Health: Female
Su (short for Suyin) is a playful and very adventurous kitten! When she isn’t tackling and chasing her sister Lin around the lounge, she can be found cuddling with her momma, Toph, or napping in a cozy bed. Su is so far a very friendly and sweet girl, although she is still getting used to humans.
Su is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with her sister, Lin. She is not adoptable as a single cat.
♥ Su and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Nala
Age: about 1 year old
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair, tabby
Health: Female (spayed)
Nala was found as a stray, most likely abandoned as a young kitten. Though she was very shy at first, and is still adjusting to her new space, Nala is an affectionate and very sweet girl once she gets to know you. She blossomed in her foster home, so we’re certain she will fit right at home in the right furrever home. During the day she loves to nap and lounge either up high on a wall perch, or down low below the bench. Nala is meowst active and curious at night time, and would love a home where she’s got a great view out the window to bird watch.
♥ Nala and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Kiki
Age: about 2 years old
Breed/Coat: Calico, domestic shorthair
Health: Female (spayed)
Kiki is a former feral kitty, so she is naturally still a bit skittish around new people. She has made a lot of progress during her time here, and is slowly but surely becoming social. Kiki is a fierce hunter, so your best bet for winning her over is by playing with one of her many favorite feather wand toys. Once she is comfortable around you, Kiki loooves getting gentle chin scratches and head pets, though she quickly changes her mind once she’s decided she has had enough. Kiki loves other kitties, and often mothers the younger cats and kittens that come into the lounge. She has grown very close with Lulu, another former feral cat, and we think the two would make a lovely bonded pair, as they are both very attached now.
Due to her background, Kiki would do best in a patient and experienced cat household, where she can comfortably open up and acclimate to her new furrever home at her own pace.
♥ Kiki and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Lulu
Age: about 3 years old
Breed/Coar: Domestic shorthair
Health: Female (spayed)
Lulu is an adorable former feral girl who has steadily been getting used to human interaction. Though she still has shy moments, she has begun accepting gentle pets, and loves a good hunting session with one of our lounge’s feather wand toys. Lulu has become very attached to Kiki, another of our former feral cats, and we think the two would make a lovely bonded pair, as they are both very attached now.
Due to her background, Lulu would do best in a patient and experienced cat household, where she can comfortably open up and acclimate to her new furrever home at her own pace.
♥ Lulu and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Oreo
Age: unknown
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair
Health: Male (neutered)
Oreo and Midnight were found abandoned in an industrial park. Though it’s unclear if they are actually brothers, they are certainly bonded, and spend most of the day cuddling together and comforting each other. Oreo in particular is rather shy, and though he accepts gentle pets and treats, he is still very reserved and cautious around people. He will need sometime to fully adjust and acclimate into the cat lounge, and most likely his furrever home as well. We’re certain with enough patience and love, both Oreo and Midnight will find a sweet and caring furrever home together.
Oreo is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with his brother, Midnight. He is not adoptable as a single cat.
♥ Oreo and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.
Midnight
Age: unknown
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair
Health: Male (neutered)
Midnight and Oreo are two of our newest and shyest adoptable cats. He and Midnight were found abandoned in an industrial park, where they were thankfully found and fed by a caring human until they were able to be brought in to a foster home. Midnight is a bit less shy than Oreo, though he is still cautious around people. We are slowly helping them adjust and learn to trust humans, and are hopeful they will soon feel ready to find the purrfect furrever home. These boys will need a patient, calm, and loving environment in order to thrive. We aren’t 100'% certain if they are actually related, but Midnight and Oreo are definitely as inseparable as real brothers.
Midnight is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with his brother, Oreo. He is not adoptable as a single cat.
♥ Midnight and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.
Whiskers (pending adoption)
Age: unknown
Breed/Coat: domestic mediumhair
Health: Male (neutered)
Whiskers is a very friendly and outgoing kitty. He was found as a stray along with Cleo, and was able to find help for the two of them thanks to his social nature. Most of his day is spent napping, eating, playing, and then napping and eating again. Whiskers would make a purrfect addition to any household looking for a playful, social kitty.
♥ Whiskers and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.
Cleo
Age: unknown
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair
Health: Female (spayed)
Cleo is a very sweet and friendly girl. Though she was pretty shy when she first came, Cleo has settled in well to the back of the cat lounge. She prefers a more quiet environment and loves getting pets, attention, and playtime from people. She would do well in a home that is calm and patient so she can gradually open up and feel comfortable in her forever home.
♥ Cleo and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Tucker
Age: unknown
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair
Health: Male (neutered)
Tucker is a very sweet and mellow guy. He is still a bit new to the lounge, and is tentative about sharing his space with our other rescue kitties. He loves getting pets and attention from people, however, so we’re certain with a little more time he’ll settle into the lounge. Tucker was a rescue from off the streets, but he hasn’t let that stop him from enjoying a comfy indoor life (lots of love and treats don’t hurt, either).
♥ Tucker and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.
Toph (pending adoption)
Age: 2 years old
Breed/Coat: domestic mediumhair
Health: Female (spayed)
Toph is the mother of our two youngest kittens, Lin and Su. She is a total sweetheart and loves getting pets and affection from guests. She’s not the biggest fan of the other cats in the lounge, however, and lets them all know she needs her space with a protective growl. Toph loves her babies, and isn’t above roughhousing with them a little when they need to be reminded of who’s really in charge. She can often be found napping with and grooming her daughters.
♥ Toph and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
Oliver
Age: unknown
Breed/Coat: domestic shorthair, tabby
Health: Male (neutered)
Oliver is a super friendly and playful young cat. He can be a little bitey at times, and though it isn’t out of aggression, potential adopters should be aware of this. Most often Oliver just wants to play, either with toys or with the other cats. He can sometimes play a little too rough with the kittens, but never hurts them. Oliver would do best in an attentive home that can give him plenty of playtime and enrichment, and he may also benefit from having a cat similar in age to play with and cuddle with.
♥ Oliver and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.
